One Saturday badminton club ran its queue on a spreadsheet and a group chat: who plays next, how many games each player has had, and who still owes for the court and the shuttles.

What KRO5 built

• A live queue for badminton and pickleball courts
• Games played for every player, so the rotation is fair
• Court and shuttle fees split automatically
• Payment by QR at the end of the night
• Any queue master can start a club of their own

What changed

The queue master runs the whole game night from one phone. It began as one club's spreadsheet and is now open to any club at play.kro5.app.
